SHIPPING
Orders placed online will be shipped in the order received and in a timely manner according to the urgency of shipping requested via payment. If you place an order for overnight shipping before 4 p.m., this will go out the same day unless otherwise confirmed with the customer by the shipping team. We cannot guarantee the overnight delivery of in-stock items ordered after 4 p.m. If it is not possible, a customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours of the order being placed to coordinate a refund of the difference in shipping or to place a credit for the amount on your account.*
Saturn Sports of Huntsville LLC DOES NOT ship internationally without managerial approval. If you would like to place an order outside of the US, please call us directly at 256.536.4770 and speak with our management and shipping team on how best to get products to you.
Saturn Sports of Huntsville LLC offers a buy online, pick up in-store option for orders placed via our website. If you need an order delivered locally for a team, please contact us at info@saturn-sports.com PRIOR to placing your order so that we can coordinate that with you. There is a $5 delivery fee for Huntsville and Madison County, AL. For all other locations, please discuss delivery options with your team sales rep prior to placing the order - especially to request a fee waiver.

We work with our carriers to ensure the most cost effective and timely delivery of your products. Tracking information for orders will be sent to you once an order is placed and a shipping label is created. Once it has been delivered to or picked up by our carriers, we are no long responsible for the product's delivery or state upon arrival.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Customer service is our number one goal. We are always here to assist in your purchases but understand the need to return or exchange items. You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of the date on the receipt. Items must be in original packaging (if applicable), with the tags still on and must be accompanied with your receipt. Our policy is to NOT offer cash refunds. Instead, store credit will be added to a customer's account. This policy will be strictly enforced unless otherwise approved by management.
Items marked as clearance are final sale, no exchanges or returns will be allowed.
If you are exchanging or returning an item, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that has no tags or has obviously been mistreated (i.e. improper fit, usage, washing and/or drying or material flaws from zippers, lotions or the pool deck). The original sales slip is required for all returns, exchanges and adjustments.
All swimwear must be tried on over underwear or they are not returnable.

Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
Please keep in mind that we do not keep credit card numbers on file. We will be contacting you should you need a refund.
CUSTOM ITEMS:
Custom swimsuits that have screen printing, heat transfers or embroidery CAN NOT be returned or exchanged. Please review these orders to insure that the proper sizes have been ordered.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Only exchanges will be made on defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase, no refunds will be given. Any defective items must be sent back to Saturn Sports before any determination can be made as to whether the item is indeed defective. The customer is responsible for the cost to ship items back to Saturn Sports. If item is defective, Saturn Sports will replace the item at no cost to the customer. If a customer needs to replace an item quickly, you will have to place a brand new order and will be credited for the returned defective item in full once the item is indeed determined by Saturn Sports to be defective.
TECH SUITS:
Undergarments must be worn when trying on tech suits. No refunds are issued for tech suits. Saturn Sports will consider making exchanges for non-defective, unworn suits, when the exchange request occurs within 30 days of purchase date on the receipt. If the suit fabric is punctured or torn, Saturn Sports will not accept a return or exchange the suit. All sales are FINAL on clearance tech suits.
